Shay Kastoriano is the GM of Nilit Fiber Asia, based in Shanghai, China. Shay has filled various managerial positions of VP and GM in the High-Tech industry in Israel and across Asia and has 20 years of experience working with the Asian market and emerging markets. In 2011, Shay has begun his position at Nilit Plastic China as GM. Since 2017, Shay is the GM of Nilit Fiber Asia.

Shay holds a B.Sc. in Computer & Electricity engineering from Ben-Gurion University in Israel, and Executive MBA, specializing in Strategic Management, from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel.
