Zach graduated from Tel Aviv University Law School and Department of East Asian Studies and holds a Master's degree in International Management for China from the University of London-SOAS. Additionally, he spent two years studying Chinese in Taiwan.

Zach joined HIL, a Dutch law firm in Shanghai in 2005. He joined Bonnard Lawson as a local partner in 2010 and currently manages the firm’s Shanghai office. Zach is specialized in joint ventures, market entry, and business structuring. Zach is also a founding partner of Equasia, which provides corporate services in Hongkong and other offshore jurisdictions and is a board member of Kehilat Shanghai since 2014.

Zach 毕业于特拉维夫大学法学院和东亚研究系，并拥有伦敦大学亚非学院的中国国际管理硕士学位。此外，他还在台湾学习了两年中文。

Zach 于 2005 年加入位于上海的荷兰浩达律师事务所。他于 2010 年作为当地合伙人加入瑞士博朗律师事务所，目前管理该事务所的上海办事处。Zach 专长于合资企业、市场准入和业务结构。Zach还是Equasia 的创始合伙人，该公司在香港和其他离岸司法管辖区提供企业服务，自 2014 年起，Zach 担任 Kehilat Shanghai的董事会成员。
