On June 16, 2021, the Israel Chamber of Commerce in China and the Shaanxi Chamber of Commerce in Beijing held a signing ceremony for strategic cooperation. The two parties plan to establish a platform for knowledge exchange, extensive and in-depth collaboration in various fields, and promoting further business cooperation between Israel and China. 

2021年6月16日，中国以色列商会与北京陕西企业商会在北京举行战略合作签约仪式活动。双方将建立信息互通平台，在多领域开展广泛、深入的合作，进一步促进中以间经贸往来。

In attendance was Ms. Esti Ayalon Kovo, Head of the Economic Mission to China, Embassy of Israel, Beijing; Mr. Yair Albin, Minister-Counsellor, Head of Trade & Investment Mission in Beijing, China; Mr. Hao Ming, Deputy Director of the Beijing Office of the Shaanxi Provincial People's government, and Mr. Yang Shuling, Director of the Economic Information Liaison Office of the Beijing Office of the Shaanxi Provincial government. The Chairman of IsCham, Mr. Yuval Ben Sadeh, and the President of the Shaanxi Chamber of Commerce in Beijing, Mr. Jiang Rong, signed the Strategic Cooperation Memoranda on behalf of both sides.

在以色列驻华使馆经济领事柯霭晴（Esti Ayalon Kovo）、以色列驻华使馆公使衔商务参赞艾晔宾（Yair Albin）、陕西省人民政府驻北京办事处副主任郝铭、陕西省人民政府驻北京办事处经济信息联络处处长杨淑灵等领导和嘉宾的见证下，中国以色列商会会长悠福（Yuval Ben Sadeh）和 北京陕西企业商会会长江榕分别代表双方签署了战略合作备忘录。

The two parties will follow and uphold the principle of mutual benefit to foster win-win results, share advantageous resources and completed projects, jointly expand a new pattern of economic cooperation, and advance prosperity and progress between China and Israel.      

双方将秉承互利共赢原则，协同彼此优势资源及成熟项目，共同拓展经济合作新格局，进一步促进中以两国的繁荣与进步。
