On August 12th, IsCham advisory board members met for their quarterly meeting with a selected group of IsCham members and its strategic partners in Israel – Innonation, ViaMeshi and FICC.
8月12 日，中国以色列商会顾问委员会（IsCham advisory board）季度会议成功召开。以色列驻华大使馆、委员会成员、商会会员优选企业代表、商会驻以色列战略合作伙伴Innonation、ViaMeshi 和FICC出席参加本次顾问委员会会议，就中以商业和中国经济发展等话题展开交流探讨。
The event took place in the presence of the Israeli ambassador to China – Her Excellency Mrs. Irit Ben Abba, who honored the guests with a keynote on the global and local changes in China, which are affecting business in China.
此次活动在以色列驻华大使潘绮瑞女士(Irit Ben Abba) 的祝词发言开场，大使在其精彩的主题演讲中，从国际和地区两个层面介绍了中国的发展变化，这些变化影响着在中国的商业运营。
In recent years, there have been many changes, which dictated reality and required changes in the ways we do business in China. Those changes include: the Chinese perception of Israel and its technologies, the increase in China's competitive abilities, economic independence within China, a process of preferring Chinese manpower over foreign manpower, reforms in the Chinese private sector, and more.
近年来,全球发生了许多深刻变化,这些变化说明了，外国企业在中国的经营方式要随着疫情后市场环境的变化而改变。这些变化包括：中国对以色列及其创新科技的认知、中国竞争力的增强、中国国内的经济独立性、偏爱中国人力资源、中国私营企业的改革。
Mrs. Ben Abba, addressed these changes in her keynote, emphasizing that China-Israel relations are an essential issue for the Israeli Foreign Ministry especially since China remains one of Israel's largest trading partners. The Ambassador's keynote was followed by IsCham honorary president Mr. Amir Gal Or, who shared his view on how these shifts spur foreign business to reinvent themselves with new business models and consider new directions, such as the fintech industry.
大使在其主题演讲中强调，中以关系发展是以色列外交部重视的问题之一，因为中国是以色列最大的贸易伙伴之一。大使的主题演讲之后，商会名誉主席高哲铭先生(Amir Gal Or)分享了他对全球变化如何促使外国企业通过优化转变商业模式并重塑企业发展新方向（以金融科技行业为例）的看法。
The Ambassador and the commercial attachés expressed their willingness to support companies in overcoming their challenges in China, urging the forum to approach them with their future needs. Mrs. Ben Abba also added that the IsCham Advisory Board has an important role as the business community's lobby in China and therefore can act to balance the negative discussion that is spreading in the media and some business communities about the Chinese market.
大使和商务参赞们表示，以色列使馆将尽力为以色列企业在中国的发展提供支持。同时希望顾问委员会定期会议关注企业未来的市场需求。大使还表示，中国以色列商会顾问委员会作为以色列商界团体发挥着重要作用，因此可以身体力行的宣传介绍中国市场，从而平衡部分媒体和商业团体关于中国市场的负面讨论。
The meeting concluded in a positive note, with a few ideas that IsCham and its strategic partners can implement to help Israeli companies in the Chinese market. Those include informing more Israeli companies about the financial protocol and new business opportunities in the Chinese market, approach the Israeli finance ministry with a request to update the protocol and expand it to new sectors, ask the ministry of economy for support of the minister and follow constantly the changing policies in China in order to identify new opportunities.
会议在积极的交流气氛中结束，就中国以色列商会及其战略合作伙伴今后帮助以色列公司进入中国市场有了些许建设性的方案。其中包括向更多以色列公司介绍中国市场的金融政策和全新商机；与以色列财政部沟通，申请更新规约并将其扩展到更多领域；请求经济部支持并不断关注中国的政策改变，以发现新机遇。
