The webinar featured Vanessa Albuquerque, Privacy and Corporate Lawyer at BNLS Law Firm and Ariel Davis, Global VP at Azami Global. Hosted by Tsilil Kleiman, General Manager of ViaMeshi, the experts shared their knowledge on data compliance in China and intellectual property.

With the new adjustment of China's COVID response and entry-exit policies, there are more opportunities for Israeli companies to enter Chinese market and start business in it. In order to better develop business in China, it is important to understand its new data regulations and IP regulations.

Ariel Davis, Global VP at Azami Global shared his knowledge about intellectual property in the corporate world, a valuable information for Israeli companies who have patents, and wish to enter the Chinese market. Ariel introduced two treaties related to patent protection, and explained in detail how companies that have registered patents in Israel can apply for patents in China, and how this can be beneficial.
