Recent years have brought a wave of Chinese investors into Israel, including flagship technology companies like Alibaba, ByteDance, and more.

近年来,一大批中国投资者涌入以色列,其中不乏阿里巴巴、字节跳动等顶尖科技公司。

The increase of corporate activity is resulting in more Chinese presence in Israel; Investment promotion offices representing cities and provinces across China, Chinese infrastructure companies, Chinese Tech as well as R&D centers and more.

越来越多的企业活动使中国在以色列的存在愈发凸显:

中国各省市的投资促进代表办公室、中国基础设施建设公司、中国科技研发中心等多方力量。 

In this Expert Talk held at INNONATION Power house offices in Israel, our experts Amir Gal-Or (CEO & Chairman of INNONATION and Infinity), Eliran Elimelech (VP Ecosystem Development at Start-Up Nation Central) and Omer Ben-Zvi (Partner at SHIBOLET Law Firm) contributed their views, suggestions and expertise in a panel discussion.

在以色列创新国度动力空间举办的专家论中国活动中,高哲铭(创新国度和英飞尼迪集团首席执行官兼董事长)Eliran Elimelech(非营利性机构SNC生态系统开发副总裁)Omer Ben-Zvi(以色列西博雷特律所合伙人)通过讨论分享了各自的看法、建议和专业见解。

Hosted by ViaMeshi GM Tslil Kleiman, the experts discussed and pointed out the hottest topics today on the China-Israeli ecosystem's agenda, including the risks and opportunities for global Chinese companies in Israel, from the legal and investment perspectives.

本场活动由ViaMeshi协会总经理金思丽主持,专家们从法律和投资的角度探讨了中以往来议程中最热门的话题,如中国跨国公司在以色列的机遇与挑战。 

Medical, Mobility, AgriTech, Food Tech & Climate were mentioned as sectors which hold the greatest opportunities for Chinese companies in Israel.

医疗行业、移动行业、农业科技行业、食品科技和气候行业被认为是中国企业在以色列拥有最大机遇的行业。 

The experts all advised that in order to best cooperate and collaborate, both sides should focus on the correct business models and finding the right partners. It is advised that in order to decide on the right model, both sides should adjust interests. Correct business models and the right partners will create great business opportunities with larger success rate.

专家们一致建议,要达成“完美”合作,中以双方都需关注正确的商业模式,寻找适合的合作伙伴。为此,建议双方调节利益关系,选择正确的商业模式和合适的合作伙伴,为巨大商机的落地保驾护航。

Entering joint venture with Israelis can make it easier to win government tenders. Israelis have learned that the Chinese do business very wisely, after years of mutual learning, resilient Israelis learned to work together and managed to continue conduct business with each other despite the cultural gaps and the challenges led by Covid.

与以色列人建立合资企业更容易地赢得政府招标项目。以色列人认识到中国人很会做生意,在多年的相互学习中,以色列人不断适应双方共同工作的模式,并克服文化差异和疫情带来的挑战,尝试一同开展相关业务。
