In Israel, there are thousands of companies operate the healthcare and life science sectors today, and there isn’t a doubt that when it comes to medical innovation, Israel is a global powerhouse. Israel is placed second following the U.S. in the number of companies advancing medical technology, with an average of more than 100 new companies each year.如今，以色列有成千上万家公司从事健康和生命科学领域的业务，以色列无疑是医疗创新技术领域的强国。以年均增长超100家的速度，以色列在领先医疗技术行业的企业数量位列全球第二，紧随美国。
With China’s 5 year plan in mind, promotion of innovation and medical technology would probably be the focus of Chinese investments and cooperation in the next few years. With that in mind, on November 9th a unique seminar was organized by IsCham, CIIH, PK Top Capital and “The National East Tech Transfer Center”; the seminar took place at CIIH (China-Israel Shanghai Innovation Hub) in Shanghai. The seminar focused on AI, Digital and Medical Devices for Medical and Elderly Care facilities, from Israel Med-Tech companies, and Chinese Med-Tech companies, in order to discuss the opportunities for cooperation between the 2 sides.伴随着中国的十四五规划，未来几年中国的投资和合作重心很大程度会放在创新和医疗技术领域。基于此，11月9日，中国以色列商会携手中以（上海）创新园，普科拓朴资本以及国家技术转移东部中心成果举办本次医疗技术研讨会；活动在中以（上海）创新园内举行。本次活动聚焦中以两国医疗科技公司在人工智能、数字化技术在医疗器械和养老机构医用设备方面的成果，交流探讨双方在该领域内的合作机会。
Representatives from the Israeli Government - the Consul General at the Israeli Consulate in Shanghai Mr. Edward Shapira, and his deputy Mr. Eytan Halon, and Mr. Ben Haimi, the Economic Consul in Shanghai & Guangzhou (online participation); From CIIH – the General Manager Mr. Qiang Hao and the Deputy General Manager Mr. Gavin Shao, and representatives from the Medical and Elderly care ecosystem & investors participated at the seminar.本次活动的嘉宾有：来自以色列政府方的以色列驻上海总领事馆总领事爱德华先生、副总领事洪以檀先生、经济领事海本继先生（线上参与）；来自中以（上海）创新园的总经理强浩先生，副总经理邵光卫先生；以及医疗和养老行业的代表和投资人。
The speech session was followed by a roadshow, of Israeli and Chinese Med-Tech companies. Introducing IsCham’s members: TytoCare, CardiacSense, Neurotech-solutions, and Solio. From the CIIH – SenterCare, Fobo Medical, BSP Medical & Radio Dynamic. The companies presented a wide range of technologies that could be used in the medical field from self-diagnosis to Physiotherapy.

After the roadshow, networking and B2B meetings were conducted at the venue to explore mutual cooperation.
