5月2日，为自动驾驶系统和高级驾驶辅助系统(ADAS)提供安全驱动核查与验证技术的领先供应商Foretellix宣布，在由以色列风投基金83North领导的C轮融资首次交易中，公司筹集了4300万美元，总融资额已超过9300万美元。
On May 2nd, Foretellix, the leading provider of safety-driven verification and validation solutions for Automated Driving Systems and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), announced it has raised $43 million in the first closing of its Series C funding round led by 83North, bringing its total raised capital to over $93 million.
参与本次C轮融资的投资方包括丰田汽车的成长基金Woven Capital、英伟达和Artofin VC,以及当前公司的主要股东，包括MoreTech、Nationwide Insurance、沃尔沃和Jump Capital。Foretellix将利用这笔资金将其业务扩展到其他国家，并将与英伟达、Woven By Toyota以及丰田合作，继续开发其技术。
Woven Capital, the growth fund of Toyota, NVIDIA and Artofin VC joined the financing round, along with all major existing shareholders, including MoreTech, Nationwide, Volvo Group VC, and Jump Capital. Foretellix will use the funding to fuel expansion across new geographies, and will continue to develop its technology in partnership with NVIDIA, Woven By Toyota and Toyota.
