The Water-saving Agriculture Project of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, carried out by Ekpac SL Ltd of Israel as Project Integrator, was selected by the Chinese Ministry of Finance as one of the best projects under the Bilateral Credits.
由以色列的Ekpac SL Ltd公司作为打包商实施的宁夏回族自治区农业节水项目被中国财政部选为双边信贷最优项目之一。
The project, financed under the China Israeli Financial protocol with the amount of 60 million USD, was successfully completed in 2019.
该项目由中国以色列金融协议提供贷款总额6000万美元，于2019年成功实施完成。
Advanced Israeli irrigation technology and know-how was adopted in the construction of this project, which included the installations of highly efficient water-saving irrigation systems, pumping stations, water pipelines, and state of the art fertilization and control systems covering an area of 138,000 mu.

This project not only greatly improves the quality and quantity of the grapes from the farmland, but also reduces water consumption by 310 cubic meter per mu, improving water efficiency by 40% to 60%; fertilizer costs dropped by 180 RMB/mu and fertilizer efficiency increased by 30% to 50%; and, labour costs were reduced by 40%. The standard quality of the grape improved significantly for the production of high premium wine. All of these result in an increase in the average revenue of each Mu by 700 RMB.
该项目不但极大地提升了项目地葡萄的产量和品质，而且减少了每亩310立方米的灌溉用水量，使水资源利用率提高40%-60%；亩均减少肥料成本人民币180元，使肥料利用率提高30%-50%；节省人工成本40%。葡萄品质的提升对于生产优质葡萄酒起到了重要的作用。通过该项目实施，项目所在地亩均增收人民币700元以上。
This project was selected by the Chinese Ministry of Finance as one of the most prominent projects under the Bilateral Credits with many different countries. Its successes have aroused the interest of many provinces and people from Xinjiang, Shaanxi, Gansu, Fujian, Sichuan, and Guizhou have visited this project for technical exchanges.
中国财政部将该项目列为与多个国家双边信贷项目中最为重要的项目之一。项目的成功引起了其他省份的广泛关注，新疆，陕西，甘肃，福建，四川以及贵州已派代表访问项目并进行技术交流。

Chinese President, Mr. Xi Jinping visited this project during a trip to Ningxia in June 2020, and was impressed with the immense success of this project.

China Israeli Financial protocol began in 1995. Since then, more than 3.4 billion USD have been extended to China covering more than 100 projects in different sectors. Amongst all these projects, the Water-saving Agriculture Project of Ningxia Autonomous Region was selected as the TOP project under the China Israeli Financial Protocol.
