2023年7月25日，中国以色列商会与上海市普陀区人民政府签署战略合作框架协议。
On July 25, 2023, IsCham signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with the People’s Government of Putuo District, Shanghai.
本次战略合作框架协议的签署旨在深化普陀区与中国以色列商会的战略合作，推进政企共同发展。普陀区人民政府将为商会介绍的企业扎根上海普陀提供优质的营商环境、高效的服务，其中包括在办公资源、行政审批、人才集聚、产业政策等方面给予支持, 以保障双方合作项目在普陀区持续健康发展。
The signing of this agreement aims to deepen the strategic partnership between Putuo District and IsCham and promote mutual development between the government and enterprises. The People’s Government of Putuo District will provide the Chamber with favorable business environment and efficient services to help businesses establish a strong presence in Shanghai's Putuo District. This support includes office resources, administrative approvals, talent gathering, and industry policies, ensuring the sustainable and healthy development of cooperation projects in Putuo District.

Q: Chairman Yuval, thank you very much for joining us today. Putuo District has been actively building the "Zhong Hua Wu Shu"(中华武数) science and innovation layout. As the "Zhong" of "Zhong Hua Wu Shu"(中华武数), China-Israel (Shanghai) Innovation Hub is an important carrier for cooperation between IsCham China and Putuo. Would you please share with us about your prospects for the future cooperation in investment and innovation?

A: The strong resilience of Putuo's economy and its vast market are very attractive. More and more Israeli companies are looking forward to investing in Putuo. We are strongly encouraged by today’s signing ceremony and it’s an honor to become Putuo’s global investment partner and I am full of expectations for our further cooperation. Innovation cooperation is a highlight and booster of China-Israel relations and a key focus area for Israeli business people.
