CIIH located in Putuo district in Shanghai, was officially opened on December 5th 2019. This special and unique hub is a result of the growing economic cooperation between China & Israel, and the signing of “ China Israel Innovation Cooperation Action Plan (2018-2021) ” by then Vice President of the People's Republic of China Wang Qishan and then Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
2019年12月5日，中以（上海）创新园在上海市普陀区正式开园。这个创新园独具特色，是中以经济合作不断发展的成果，也是时任中华人民共和国副主席王岐山和时任以色列总理内塔尼亚胡签署的《中以创新合作行动计划(2018-2021)》的硕果。
The goal of the China-Israel Innovation Hub（Shanghai）is to link China's broad market and strong industrialization ability with Israel's unique scientific and technological advantages and innovation vitality, so as to promote common development of both sides.
中以（上海）创新园旨在将中国广阔的市场和强大的产业化能力与以色列独特的科技优势和创新活力相结合，以促进双方共同发展。
The hub focus on areas such as artificial intelligence and robotics, medical health and life sciences, Internet and Information Technology, and actively builds an international innovation cooperation demonstration zone that is “suitable for creating, starting business and living".
园区聚焦人工智能与机器人、医疗健康与生命技术、互联网与信息技术等领域，积极打造“ 宜创、宜业、宜居 ”的国际创新合作示范区。
The first 3 years of CIIH’s activity have been notable, making it one of the most flourishing technology parks in China.
中以（上海）创新园前三年的发展成绩令人瞩目，跃然成为中国最繁荣的科技园区之一。
CIIH will be committed to promote the in-depth cooperation between enterprises in the park and Israeli universities, colleges and incubators, and strive to promote the launch of joint research and development projects; carry forward the spirit of innovation, encourage capital docking, promote further exchanges between China and Israel and land in the park through various promotion and exchange activities.
中以（上海）创新园将致力于促进园区企业与以色列大学、学院和孵化器之间的深度合作，推动联合研发项目的启动；弘扬创新精神，鼓励资本对接，通过各种推介交流活动，促进中以双方及进一步交流，并在园区内落地。
In order to promote more open international innovation cooperation of CIIH, Tel Aviv Office of CIIH has been established in Toha Tower, Tel Aviv, Israel. As the bridgehead in Israel, office will undertake the organization and planning of China-Israel activities in Israel, promote the China-Israel innovation projects and provide docking services, attract overseas talent, visit reception and other functions.
为推动中以（上海）创新园开展更加开放的国际创新合作，中以（上海）创新园特拉维夫办事处在以色列特拉维夫Toha大厦挂牌成立，作为园区在以色列的桥头堡，将承担在以色列中以活动的组织策划，推动中以创新项目推介、落地对接服务，海外人才储备及出访接待等功能。
The Israeli Chamber of Commerce in China (IsCham) decided on a long term strategic partnership with CIIH and relocated its Shanghai office into the hub in early 2020, with the believe that this is the best platform in Shanghai for Israeli companies to be supported and developed.
中国以色列商会（IsCham）决定与中以（上海）创新园建立长期战略合作伙伴关系，并于 2020 年初将其上海办事处迁入该园区，我们相信这是上海为以色列公司提供支持和发展的最佳平台。
Besides IsCham, CIIH is a strategic partner of “National Eastern Tech-transfer Center” (NETC): a state-level regional technology transfer platform jointly promoted by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China and the Shanghai Municipal People's Government, guided by Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality and coordinated by the Shanghai Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Center.
